This detatched three bedroom villa is superbly located at the end of Calle Adelfa which is in the centre of Los Gigantes.

The villa overlooks the marina and cliffs and the accommodation comprises a hall, cloakroom, utility room, dining room, well fitted kitchen and separate lounge with T.V. and Video.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms or shower room and bedroom 1 has a walk-in dressing area. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The pool area is well furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers and offers fantastic views.
