 This
unique, spacious villa is of an extremely high
standard and comfortably accommodates up to
twelve people, although it can be made cosy
for smaller groups by closing off half of the
rooms.
This
magnificent villa is spacious and attractively
furnished to a high standard. There are six
bedrooms, four with an en-suite bathroom and
two with an en-suite shower room and three with
private terraces. Three of the rooms have double
beds and three have twin beds.
There is a large, comfortable sitting room and
a formal dining room with additional sofas.
Both of the reception rooms overlook and have
access to the swimming pool. The two kitchens
are large and well equipped. There is also a
dining area and breakfast room, which overlooks
the pool, has views to the sea and is the perfect
place to start the day.
Steps
lead down from the villa to the beautiful secluded
pool area. Several terraces landscaped with
trees and sub-tropical vegetation surround the
10x5 metre pool and on the lower terrace there
is a Jauzzi Spa Bath which seats five. These
south-westerly facing terraces are ideal for
sunbathing or enjoying a meal prepared on the
built-in poolside barbecue and have superb views
across the valley to the mountains and the sea.
The
villa is located in the hillside village of
Nazaret which is only a 10 minute drive from
the beaches and amenities in the nearby resort
of Costa Teguise. Famara beach, the longest
natural beach in Lanzarote and world famous
for surfing, is also only a 10 minute drive
away. Nazaret boasts one of Lanzarote’s
leading restaurants, Lag O Mar, which is a short
walk from the villa. Lag O Mar is built into
the volcanic hillside and as well as offering
excellent food in the restaurant, there is also
a bar where you can enjoy live jazz music. Nazaret
also has one other Canarian style bar / restaurant
and a local supermarket. The ancient capital
of Teguise is only a two minute drive away and
offers an excellent selection of restaurants
as well as a Sunday street market. Teguise also
boasts a selection of small art galleries, museums
and shops selling local artists’ work.
The modern art gallery at the Ceasar Manrique
Foundation is only a 5 minute drive away. Nazaret
is about a 20 minute drive from the airport
and a 25 minute drive from the resort of Puerto
Del Carmen.
There
is a maid service once a week and a towel change
weekly.
A
car is is considered essential. We are pleased
