This
lovely, new villa is in a quiet, residential
area of the beautiful resort of Costa Teguise,
minutes from the beach and near the islands
only golf course.
 The
villa is on one level, it is equipped with high
quality, attractive furnishings and feels bright
and spacious. The master bedroom has a double
bed, fitted wardrobes and a full en-suite bathroom.
There are two bedrooms with twin beds and they
share a full shower room. The attractive living
room has luxurious, leather sofas, satellite
television and patio doors leading to the terrace.
There is a comfortable dining area and a well-equipped,
modern kitchen with access to a walled, laundry
patio.
Doors
from the living room lead out to the terrace
which surrounds the 6m x 4m electrically heated
swimming pool. The terrace is furnished with
a patio table and chairs, sun-beds and a barbecue.
This area is very private and is surrounded
by high walls. There is a private parking area.
The
villa is located within an easy eight-minute
walk of the beautiful Las Cucharas beach. There
are many restaurants along the beach front and
from there it is a ten minute walk along the
promenade into the centre of Costa Teguise,
with all its many and varied facilities.
As well as fabulous swimming, the beach is famous
for being an excellent windsurfing centre and
there is a surf school on the beach. There is
a large hotel near the villa, an excellent place
to enjoy a drink or join in the evening entertainment.
There are supermarkets and restaurants within
a 10-minute walk and it is only a short drive
to the island’s only golf course and the
aqua park.
A
car is not essential, but is recommended.
