It is surrounded by a sun bathing terrace, with an outdoor shower, sun beds, and patio dining furniture. A further table and chairs are located on the terrace at the front of the villa. There is a built in barbecue and a separate laundry area, with a washing machine. The shared swimming pool is a few metres away and has an adjacent pool for children. It is surrounded by sun bathing terraces, with sun beds and an outdoor shower.

The villa is ideally located, the area is peaceful and only a five minute walk to the Los Pocillios beach. There is a shopping centre, supermarket, bars and restaurants within a six minutes walk. There are nearby hotels, where clients can enjoy a drink, dance and watch the evenings’ entertainment.

Only a short walk away there are three very large community swimming pools, each with a separate child’s pool and poolside showers.

The villa is located on the edge of the increasingly popular resort of Playa Blanca with its many, varied attractions, restaurants and bars. It is 1,5 km from the beaches and centre of the resort, approximately a twenty five minute walk or five minute drive. There is a small supermarket five minutes walk from the villa. The glorious, famous Papagayo beaches are a fifteen minute drive and the frequent ferries to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos leave from the attractive harbour area.

Los Coronas is ideally located on the Costa Teguise seafront. It is possible to fish and swim off the rocks by the apartments or walk along the new, lit promenade linking the area to the nearby beach at Playa Bastian and the centre of Costa Teguise. There are many bars and restaurants within a two minute walk of the apartment and there is an onsite mini supermarket. The resort of Costa Teguise boasts many of the island’s best restaurants which are only a few minutes walk from the apartment. It is a five minute drive to the golf course and aqua park. The transfer time from the airport is fifteen minutes.
