These
superb, luxury villas are adjacent to a beautifully
kept, new complex. Villa guests have the use
of the excellent on site facilities, 24 hour
reception area, pool bar, large swimming and
children’s pools. The villas are in walking
distance to all the attractions and beaches
of the resort and a short drive takes you to
the start of the fabulous miles of white dune
beaches. A supermarket and restaurants are also
part of the development.
 The
quality of these properties is truly excellent
and they have been elegantly furnished and finished
to a very high specification. They are extremely
spacious and have been fitted with all modern
amenities. The stylish living and dining room
has a lovely high, gabled, wooden ceiling, leather
furnishings and patio doors to a huge covered
terrace. The modern, independent kitchen is
very well equipped.
The villa has three very spacious, attractive
bedrooms with big built in wardrobes. The master
bedroom has a large double bed and a very luxurious
en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms with
twin beds placed together, one has patio doors
to the terrace and they share a further bathroom.The
villas are set in private gardens with a sun
terrace surrounding the private, 6 x 3 metre
swimming pool.It is anticipated that the private
pools will be heated from November 2004. A patio
dining table and chairs are positioned under
a very deep wooden pergola which runs the length
of the house giving welcoming shade and cool
during long hours of al fresco dining. Steps
lead to a private roof terrace with views to
the neighbouring islands of Lobos and Lanzarote.
Due to the availability of the good quality
complex there are many more amenities available
for the villa clients. There are several complex
pools including two for the use of small children
this is often an advantage for children who
wish to make friends while on holiday. One of
the adult pools is heated and there is a sunken
Jacuzzi spa. A ten lane bowling alley, tennis
courts, volley ball, paddle tennis and a child’s
play area are all available for clients enjoyment.
An a la carte restaurant, Irish bar, Italian
restaurant, large pool bar and good sized supermarket
are all on site. The villas are located under
1km from the start of the world famous dune
beaches. A selection of good restaurants and
shops are within easy walking distance of the
villas. From the nearby harbour there is a variety
of excellent excursions, including fishing,
glass bottom boat, submarine and Catamaran sailing.
There is also a regular ferry to the beautiful
nearby island of Lanzarote where you can spend
the day exploring the spectacular scenery. Another
ferry goes to the uninhabited island of Lobos.
Fuerteventura is world famous for its miles
and miles of unspoilt white sand beaches. Kite
surfing and wind surfing schools are located
on these beaches. A fifteen minute drive can
take you to the beautiful fishing village of
El Cotillo where there are several charming
Canarian fish restaurants overlooking the sea.
The new golf course at Caleta de Fuste is a
thirty minute drive.There is a twice weekly
clean and towel change. The 24 hour reception
can activate a telephone in the villa against
a deposit. An additional level of security is
provided by a night guard.A car is is not considered
essential for these properties..

beautiful, family villa is in a prestigious
location on the edge of the new golf course
and only a few minutes from the bustling resort
of Caleta de Fuste and the excellent beaches.

This
airy, spacious villa is furnished to a very
high standard and is perfect for a relaxing
family holiday. The living room is comfortably
furnished and has a dining area with a large
extending table and patio doors to the pool.
The good sized, separate kitchen is extremely
well equipped with access to the utility area.
The villa has three superbly furnished bedrooms
with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom
has twin beds which are placed together, a ceiling
fan and an en-suite bathroom. There are two
further bedrooms with floor standing fans, which
share a full bathroom.Sliding patio doors lead
from the living room to the large garden and
pool area. The stunning 8 x 3.5 metre, free
form swimming pool has large, seating steps
and is surrounded by a sun bathing terrace with
a pool side shower. Patio dining furniture and
a stone Canarian style barbecue complete the
lovely poolside experience and provide a wonderful
setting to enjoy the balmy Fuerteventura climate
to its fullest. An exterior stairway leads from
the patio onto the large, private roof terrace
which has views to the sea and the golf course.Located
on the prestigious Fuerteventura golf development,
the facilities of an exclusive five star hotel
are on your doorstep. Within the hotel is an
excellent restaurant and bar with views of the
golf course. For more active guests, the entrance
to an 18-hole golf course is also within this
hotel and is offered at a discounted rate for
guests of this villa.
The resort of Caleta de Fuste, is a five minute
drive away where guests can enjoy a wide range
of shops, bars and restaurants and a market
every Saturday. It has a large, shallow beach,
perfect for children and a picturesque marina
with a selection of excellent water excursions.
A shuttle bus service is available between the
golf course hotel, the resort of Caleta De Fuste
and the newly opened shopping mall. Two pretty
lagoon beaches are a fifteen minute walk or
three minutes drive from the villa. From there
you can walk along the prommenade into the centre
of the resort or to the main beach at El Playa
del Castillo. Before you reach the lagoon beaches
there is an excellent new shopping mall. It
has a very good choice of shops and restaurants,
as well as a very large supermarket with a good
variety of fresh food. There are newly opened
diving and windsurfing centres on the beach
at Caleta De Fuste. The villa is a 15 minute
transfer from the airport by car or taxi.For
clients staying for longer than one week there
is a weekly maid service. The owners ask for
a £140 or €200 refundable breakage
deposit which is collected locally.A car is
is recommended but not considered essential..

These
new, superb quality villas are in a very good
location within walking distance of the centre
of Corralejo and the local beaches. A regular
bus service from near the villa takes you to
the famous, stunning white dune beaches, only
a few minutes away.
These
very attractive, two storey villas are maintained
and decorated to a very high standard and are
very light and bright throughout. An entrance
hall leads to the pretty living room which has
a dining area and patio doors to the terrace
and swimming pool. There is a separate well
equipped kitchen with modern appliances and
access to a laundry area with a washing machine.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with
large fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has
a double bed and there is a bedroom with twin
beds and a private balcony. There are two bathrooms,
one is a shower room on the ground floor, the
other a very large full bathroom on the first
floor.Set in attractive large grounds each villa
has an extensive sunbathing terrace which surrounds
the 6 x 3.5 metre swimming pool which is entered
by ladder steps. For al fresco dining in the
balmy Fuerteventura climate there is a patio
table and chairs shaded by a wooden pergola
and a barbecue.
The resort has been designed to ensure your
holiday is a memorable one. For the energetic
there is a gymnasium, squash court, mini golf,
volleyball court, petanque, bowls and pool table.
There is a children’s club, which offers
a wide variety of daily entertainment, as well
as a fully equipped play area. Also on site,
there is a restaurant, two pool bars, a laundry,
supermarket and bar with evening entertainment.
Caleta de Fuste is within easy access, it is
1,5 km away and can be reached by walking or
a short mini-train ride. The sheltered, sandy
beach offers a wide variety of water sports,
there are many restaurants, bars, shops and
several excursions departing from the marina.
The reception offers money exchange, bike hire
and trips to the many island attractions. The
resort is a ten-minute drive from the airport.The
location is excellent, there is a supermarket
and an excellent Italian restaurant within five
minutes walking distance. Central Corralejo,
the Galera Beach and the start of the sand dune
beaches are about a fifteen minute walk. A bus
stop is a few minutes walk away from where there
is a regular bus service to the sand dunes.
In the centre of Corralejo you will find many
excellent restaurants, shops and bars. On Mondays
and Fridays there is a local street market where
you can buy souvenirs and presents to take home.
There is also an Activity Centre where the children
can play on the Bouncy Castles, Trampolines
and play Mini Golf. From the nearby harbour
you can enjoy many excursions that are available,
including glass bottom boat, submarine and Catamaran
sailing. There is also a regular ferry to the
neighbouring islands of Lanzarote and Lobos.
The new golf course at Caleta de Fuste is a
thirty minute drive and in fifteen minutes you
could be enjoying dinner overlooking the sea
in El Cotillo at one of the charming Canarian
fish restuarants.A car is is not considered
